San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge
In the San Francisco Bay the most noticeable thing you'll see is what is know as the Golden Gate Bridge, built over a hundred years ago for cars to be able cross the massive bay way quicker than having to drive all the way around. People call it the Golden Bridge evne though it is a red color and thats because it looks golden in the sunlight. If your looking to see sone great things to see in California, the Golden Gate Bridge is one special place to go.
Whale Watching
Here along the California Coast during the winter as the water gets colder up north and the water becomes colder here in our waters the whales travel to the Southern California Coast and this is when whale watching tours become amazing things. You get to go out and see the massive blue whales in their pods, somnetimes from just a few yards away. Whales are such beautiful creature that are so massive but still majestic and move so gracefully. If you happen to come near the California Coast durring or around the winter time, planning a whale watching tour maybe not be a bad idea.
Catalina Island
Have you've ever heard of the Channel Islands, well if you have you may have heard of the very populated right next door, Catalina Island. This Isalnd is all meant for tourists. Full of small store with little souveniers of jewlery and sea shells; if you can find a tour to the island on the day you visit the area then I would highly recommend going and visiting the kind people of the Catalina Island.
Mount Whitney
The tallest Mountain in the lower 48 states, measuring to a stagering 14,505 feet right in our home town of California. Getting to hike this massive mountain is such greate hike to feel proud of after taking it. Hiking a total of 20 plus miles along the trail and if your and avid mountain climber this may just be another easy mountain but if not then its just a great sight to see. Maybe take a helicopter ride up and check out the amazing views; whoever you are go check outr this magnificent sigt if your in California.
